All vendors and sub-contractors are selected after careful examination and test orders. Periodic and random checks are performed regularly to ensure consistent quality from every supplier.
Procedure-matrices are made for every process step and are strictly adhered to by our qualified metallurgical personnel – from moulding to fettling.

Material Traceability System
Each casting is stamped with a unique heat number on its un-machined surface at the time of production. This number links to:
- Raw material heat number & supplier details
- Chemical composition (spectrometer report)
- Melt date, furnace record & pour temperature
- Heat treatment batch & parameters
- Final inspection report & hardness test results

We provide complete documentation for every shipment, particularly important for international buyers requiring compliance documentation.
