Alloy Steel Casting
Alloy steel castings incorporate specific alloying elements such as Nickel (Ni), Chromium (Cr), Molybdenum (Mo), and Vanadium (V) to achieve superior strength, toughness, and hardenability compared to plain carbon steel.
Madhav Techno Cast manufactures alloy steel castings conforming to IS 2644 and ASTM A148 standards. These castings are produced with precise chemistry control using our in-house 24-element spectrometer, followed by appropriate heat treatment to achieve the required mechanical properties. Custom alloy grades are available as per customer specifications and application drawings.
