Abrasive Resistant Steel Casting
Abrasive resistant castings are specially alloyed steel or white iron castings designed to offer maximum hardness and wear resistance in high-abrasion environments such as crushers, mills, and material handling equipment.
Our abrasive resistant castings are manufactured using high-chromium white iron and alloy steel compositions, achieving hardness values of 400–700 BHN. Heat treatment (quenching and tempering) is employed to achieve the target hardness profile. These castings are critical components in cement plants, quarries, and mining operations.
Key Features
- Hardness range: 400–700 BHN depending on grade
- High chromium white iron (15–28% Cr) and alloy steel grades
